How long is your hire period? 

Our typical package runs for 5 weeks, which allows for all preparation needed to launch a property as well as run an auction campaign. We can do custom lengths if needed - just ask!

What are your payment terms? 

We require a 25% deposit to lock-in your booking and then the remainder is due 48 hours prior to installation.

Can I live in the property whilst it is styled? 

It depends on which package you select. If we are completing a full style then the expectation is that the property remains vacant. If you have some furniture and wish to remain in the property whist you sell, we can certainly complete a partial style for you. This is a great option for anyone needing to stay when selling and it can be budget friendly!

Should I clean the property before or after the style?

We recommend having the property cleaned prior to our install. We will complete a wipe down and vacuum after the install is complete.

Can you provide a quote over the phone?

Sometimes it may be best for us to view the property to provide a quote, however, most of the time we can send a quote based on a discussion with you and the floor plan.  Every quote is individualised based on the circumstances, so it is best that we work through your needs at the property. We can also work with all types of budgets and find solutions to work within your means.

If the property does not sell in the allocated timeframe, can I extend the styling package? 

Of course! We understand that properties don't always sell as expected (although we hope with fantastic styling it will help!) and can work with you to meet your styling needs throughout the process. Our standard package runs for 5 weeks, which allows for all the preparation before your property hits the market, as well as an auction campaign to run.

Do I need to be at home whilst the install is happening?

It is up to you whether you want to stay or leave us to set up. We are happy to complete the style and conduct a walk through once it is ready. The big reveal is our favourite part!

Can you work with changing deadlines for setup and pack-up?

Definitely! Selling is a tricky process that can lead to changing deadlines and we are here to help if you need the styling moved out sooner than expected.

What happens if the buyer wants the styling as well? 

We are happy to discuss selling the styling package as part of the sale and can negotiate it with you. We also complete styling to stay packages and can work with your buyer to furnish the home.

How long does a full style package take to set up?

It depends on the size of the property, however, we will get your property set up in a single day. A small apartment will be all done in a matter of hours!
